Popping up at a range of public and private events in Cardiff and beyond we are available to cater for street food events, food festivals, music festivals, private parties and weddings.

Gourmet grilled cheese, croque monsieur style sandwiches crammed full of homemade fillings, sauces, chutneys and of course mounds of cheese! Made using a bespoke sourdough loaf and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients they really are oozing with cheesy goodness!

Alongside the sandwiches there are a range of cheesy mini dishes and side options such as: deep fried brie wedges with caramelised red onion chutney, ‘Dirty Spuds’; lyonaisse style potatoes with a selection of cheese related toppings and sauces and savoury blue cheesecake with walnuts and apple chutney.
